We started Peony & Orange Blossom Designs to bring our love of floral design and our experience in gardening to the North Shore of Chicago. Peony & Orange Blossom Designs has quickly bloomed into a bespoke container gardening service for high-end residential and commercial clients throughout the Chicagoland area.
Nicole Severin has been working with plants for 15 years. She began her career working on an organic farm where her knowledge of plants and growing habits progressed. Between working the land on the farm and exploring different varieties of flowers, she developed a passion for floral design. To cultivate her craft, she worked the next nine years at a florist and local nursery.
Raised in California, Coker Manelis grew up exploring and appreciating the landscape of Muir Woods and Yosemite Park. This shaped a lifelong interest in plants, nature, and horticulture. Inspired by a combination of floriculture and a desire for creative pursuits, she began working at a local nursery. This is where she increased her knowledge in plant maintenance, varieties and health.
